Jay did a great job guiding me through the buying process. I had some unrealistic expectations, but he was able to make sense of my situation while being empathetic and respectful. Jay was really patient with me the whole time. I felt like he had my best interest in mind the whole time. Buying a home, and going through the loan process are emotional. He talked me off the ledge many times. I closed yesterday on a new home and I couldn’t be happier.
